Academy Conversion and Predecessor Schools
Combs Ford Primary School converted to academy status in April 2020. When we converted to academy status the ‘old’ school (Unique Reference Number (URN): 124576) closed and a ‘new’ school opened in its place (URN: 147880). Although little changed, the academy converter became a new legal entity which is explained in the Academy Conversion Letter from 08 April 2020.
As an academy converter we have not yet had an Ofsted inspection. To assist parents and other interested parties, the inspection history of the ‘old’ school can be found on the Combs Ford Primary School (URN: 124576) Ofsted page. This inspection judgement will be taken into account by Ofsted when they schedule the first inspection of the ‘new’ school.
